Great at the time of year not too busy crowded or noisy, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, I enjoyed my room being cleaned. Overall I would happily stay at this hotel again at the time of year.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt that this is well deserved. For the price I paid for 5 nights, half board, the value is outstanding! My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The buffets had amazing options. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Contrary to some of the reviews I read before I went, I found this property clean and well-kept. The staff, including the reception staff, were pleasant. It was calm and relaxing. Fully enjoyed my stay.

Clean and nice room, cleaned every day. Air-conditioning worked very well. Nice pool area. Great location, easy access to beaches, a short walk from the hotel. Bus stop near the hotel, where you can take busses to Palma city, the shopping center and the airport. Mostly a quiet area, with not too much partying.

At the lower end of the hotel rates I was unsure what to expect but this is a great hotel. Clean, modern, daily room clean and breakfast was decent. For a quick trip away I’d stay again.

Clean room, nice balcony, good breakfast and close to the beach that was nice. The room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem and there were also no drinking glasses at the room. It was not that soundproof so you could hear easily people go outside the door and so on. But overall a good hotel and we had a nice stay!

Iv based my review on value for money. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are basic but fit for purpose, the shower is poweful and the beds are comfortable, the air con is great but the wifi not so great. The location is spot on just a short but pleasant walk down the hill to the beech and main strip where there is plenty to do socially. Plenty of markets to grab snacks and drinks and loads of food places near by. Thanks for a great mini break.

Clean and comfortable

The room itself was perfect, really clean and modern. It was quite noisy, I think the walls are quite thin and there isn’t a lot of sound proofing to the hallway. As it’s quite a party heavy area, it meant I was woken up quite a lot. The view was also not great from the balcony, but that’s more to do with the area.

Brilliant weekend trip!

Me & my partner loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable & got cleaned daily. There were 2 pools, one was more of a party vibe with music & some entertainment, the other was more chilled! We chose half board so got breakfast & dinner buffet, the food in our opinion was not very nice although a good amount of choice, this is the only thing i can mark the hotel down by. Great location only a short walk to the beach/ town!

Excellent staff

The staff was very helpful and kind. Just being next to the lift and cleaning cupboard, all the corridor chatting woke me up morning and night. Earplugs were a life saviour. The vast choice for breakfast was exciting and coffee was tasty.

Good but noisy

The Hotel is quite good and clean. It has 2 good swimming pools. The issues is that it's kind of a party hotel and get's full of young drunk turists, screaming and barking, with loud parties until 3am. The hotel couldn't care less about the noise... If it wasn't the noise, it would be great. Cheep breakfast for 3£

Pleasant stay and good food.

This was my second stay here. The room is adequate and quite clean. Excellent shower, important to me. The food is excellent with a creative variety with many options for all appetites. The cafeteria workers are diligent and keep tables clean and available. Last time my bill was almost 2,000 Euros. With such a bill I do not like having to pay for my dinner drink. That is chincy.

Favorite place!

Second year in a row me and husband come here! We asked for a room with a corner balcony and got it :) The hotel is nice, clean and have a good location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options, just a bit crowded and you have to wait in line for some popular things, like the coffee. The beds are comfortable and AC worked good enough to keep the room cool during the night. In the middle of the day it was still pretty . Toilet door is just a glass panel though so better be comfortable with the one you share the room with. The best thing about this place for us is the vibe with lots of happy people as guests (mostly young Germans), and the nice pool area with two pools, lots of sunbeds and a bar with nice drinks and food. Went there every day and it's always buzzing! Thank you too Carlos and all the other nice staff at the pool for making our stay so fun and pleasant.

Ok for the price

Area looks a bit run down but inside is nice. Comfortable bed, very small bathroom and balcony. Decent buffet breakfast but the male chef could do with a refresher on customer service.
