"The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was reasonably quiet, and very conveniently sited, which was all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. "Checking in was really easier, we were shown around and then to our room. If you are going to stay here definitely book the mountain view room "Parc", modern spacious room. The train station is a short walk which is great for getting around. Thank you for a great stay. All staff were really friendly. "

"The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good "

"Absolutely fantastic stay at the Three Horseshoe Inn! Our little one had an amazing time in the soft play area which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The food was outstanding, delicious and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!"

"I loved my stay the room was clean tidy and neat and loads of space and the staff were lovely very kind friendly and welcoming and loved how the staff refilled my coffee milk sugar without having to ask for more

"Enjoyed 1 night at The Bear Hotel and found it to be extremely welcoming and comfortable. Greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. Happy to change our room without any fuss or incovenience.
Had a good quality meal in the restaurant. Food was tasty and the staff here also happy and efficient.

"It's on a spectacular road of large Victorian houses & the room I stayed in was in keeping: it was large & high ceilinged. It & its shower room were very very clean.
The welcome was helpful & friendly.

"Very friendly/helpful staff upon arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and struggled to find any issues with the hotel.
Bit of a diamond in the rough kind of area, however as a solo traveler, the unique code to get into the hotel and the room added that extra security.
Easy walk to all amenities and to the city centre, less than 20 minutes. Great value for money "
