"The property was next to a busy highway. The room was clean, I had a junior suite. The junior suite didn’t have a chair or couch in it, so I had to watch the TV from my bed. Breakfast was good. The bar was fully stocked. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is near lots of restaurants and bars. Also, there’s a shopping center not far from there. "

"Parking is secure, it’s walkable, choice of restaurants nearby and shopping. The entire area is secure, and dog friendly. The rooms are spotless, the staff always remembers us by name, there is a restaurant and bar on site. "

"The property is clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really loved the fact that we could access several restaurants that were in close walking proximity of the hotel. The view from my room was beautiful. We were on the 22nd floor (Room with Balcony). Very nice hotel. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I have stayed at the Milan regularly for almost 5 years. Previously I felt the value was ok, so I returned again and again. The last time I stayed was yesterday April 15th, 2026 and I have to say that I was disappointed. Trying to rest in the afternoon but unable as the staff made a ridiculous amount of noise and constant conversation. Due to the tile floors and flat surfaces, the noise is amplified and it was impossible to get the rest I desperately needed. Also, I found some of the staff uncooperative and with a bad attitude. There are many choices in this neighborhood ans I will choose an alternative hotel. It is a shame that customer loyalty doesnt count anymore "
