"We just left the hotel and we loved it. All the staff were great but extra thank you to Deiver, our concierge. He made everything very easy from reservations to the National park, shopping, dinning and transportation. We were very sad to leave and hope to be back soon. "

The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. The breakfast offered was very good and again the staff were amazing. The Calzone that I purchased at that Italian restaurant out front was burnt and they did not care even when I mentioned it to a staff member and they actually asked me why I was not leaving them a tip.
