"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "The property was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with lovely grounds and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately though, the outside of the property was swarming with wasps so unable to keep doors and windows open and nor could you fully relax in the hot tub. My partner got stung on the first night. Also there was a trap in the corner of the bedroom which made us feel uneasy sleeping at night. And the window above the bed did not have a blackout blind so was woken early...

"The breakfast arrangement and facility leaves much to be desired and well below expectation for a prime Bala Hotel. Poor quality bacon However, value for money is good in a hotel screening for modernisation in bedroom furniture which is well dated into the last century. You get what you pay for. I would love to see this hotel living up to modern expectations."

"The room was lovely and clean, windows opened great during the hot weather, accompanied by a fan, thank you. Tea and coffee supplied. Water would have been an added bonus but we brought this up from the bar. The first key we had, we had a few problems with, but the second key worked great. We bought breakfast as an add on and this was very well presented and great 10/10. Would definitely return. Thank you."
