Lovely hotel on the outskirts

Short stay in Ljubljana the hotel was located in a residential area but was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. I managed to forget a bag and reception kept it safe and then Aljaz for the customer service team engaged with me to have me reunited with my bag by courier - he was professional helpful and a credit to the hotel. We would stay here again

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every member of the staff we encountered were very helpful. This hotel has the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at. We will stay there again when we return to Ljubljana!!

Very nice hotel, would definately revisit!

Spent one night with the family in a junior suite at the top floor with balcony. Really nice room and overall very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect with parking on the side and close to the city center (a few minutes by taxi). Very nice breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Front desk very grouchy. I clearly have a knee brace and limp but they put me on the 8th floor anyway...elevator onlygoes to the 7th. Had to lug suitcases up a flight of steps after a very long day. Dven yhough everyone could see that they had free hotel parking spaces available they made several of us park in a Publix lot off the property. The only ready of sunshine was the sweet server in the dining room for the buffet. Her service was excellent.

We like this Hotel: very modern, safe and clean. The checkin Staff was very friendly, I wish I could say the same about the ladies at the Breakfast. They had sour faces and we were afraid to ask something. However, we enjoyed the dinner...a special compliment to the Chef and the young guy we served us. He was the kindest.

The property was centrally located and not super far from the city center. There are several markets close by and it was very clean. Large rooms and small balcony. Staff friendly. Small bathrooms and no kettle or coffee in the room. That’s always a nice thing to have so we missed it. It does however have a small fridge and the ac worked well. Breakfast was nice as well with a large dining area.

Accessible hotel

The M Hotel wasn't expensive and the fact that you have a bus stop just behind the hotel is very nice. You have some nice restaurant near. I would love to have more explanation about the city bus when I arrived so I knew that I needed an Urbana Card to get into the bus. I would love to have a board with activity that are actually happening in the city. The room was comfortable, but the fact that the AC stopped everytime I go out (they had an card slider for power) made that everytime I was coming back, the room was hot. I would love if the hotel could manage the AC so the room stay at comfortable temperature.

Very nice hotel near Tivoli park

We enjoyed our stay in MHotel. The room was clean otherwise but there was dust under the beds. Beds were very good to sleep in and air conditioning was great. There were clearly some rooms you can smoke in on the same floor so it smelled a bit cigarettes in the hallway. Washing machine was broken and dryer didn't work so well eather, 90min 9€ and I still had moist clothes. Breakfast was good with multiple choices and quality of food was quite good too. Location near Tivoli park was nice, took morning run in the park and saw a deer. Quite long walk to city center but we took city bikes and got there fast. There were always lots of bikes at the nearest bikestation. Area and hotel were very peaceful.
