Worst customer experience of my life. Our room which was advertised as having a working air conditioner was over 89 degrees in the morning after cooling off from an open window, during the night it was closer to 94 degrees. We alerted the staff to this issue at 10:00 pm at night as it was too hot to sleep in our room and the two young ladies on duty were super helpful trying to solve the problem and looking for a fan for us while the manger basically told them,well it’s hot deal with it. Again these girls apologized and told us they understood if we were to request a refund in the morning. In the morning another employee came to our room still around 89 degrees and said i don’t see what the problem is the air conditioning is on, (however literally pumping out warm air not cool what so ever) finally after accusing us of lying she says fine we will do a refund. We go downstairs and she proceeds to be extremely rude and tells us we have to call our credit card company for a specific code for the refund, our credit card company says no they just need to refund the charge. We have her sign a document stating her manager will refund the credit charge and she said wage sent a confirmation email. Two weeks later still no refund and no confirmation emails. My mother in law also had the same issue with her room but the lady flat out told her “you are fine, you didn’t use the air conditioner properly, again it was NOT working! Then she said , you’d paid now you leave” worst experience!!
