"It's Brighton, so not far from anything. Close to the Lanes. They have a discount deal with a local restaurant but you have to ask for it. The onsuite single room was small but I was there to sleep not entertain, so that was okay for me. The only slight negative was that it was not very dark when the lights went out. But as I said earlier was asleep at night so only a little negative."

"Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were so lovely and their home cooked breakfast was delicious! The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay! "The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
