"This was the worse place I have ever stayed at, the front clerk was so rude, I was a work and they gave my room away to another guest. I found this out when they refused to give my girl a key to get in the room. I called them about the situation and they literally hung up in my face. It was terrible, never again will I get a place from them. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, worse experience with them. I get rooms all the time but this place was a no go, they took my money."

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch. "Looks like the roaches from the motel next door are trying to make there way to this well maintained motel. I've stayed here many times and never seen one until this stay. I seen one dead. Nothing to be concerned about. I feel as though they are on top of it. If your there in the summer time I wouldn't count on the room a/c keeping you cool. Some of the rooms there only cool your room down to only 76° no matter what your cooling temp is set to. I've you try to get the booking site to refund you...
