"Manage your expectations- the resort is not luxury or upscale, but was "fine" overall. Our family has been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts all across the Caribbean, so we have clear standards for what makes a resort good or great. The check in process was a bad. The deposit we paid to Expedia did not transfer to the hotel so we had to pay the whole amount at check in. "The villas are a little far from the beach ao the whole time i had to drive to the beach. Alsa at the beach club you have to pay for the beach chairs 6 dollars and for the beds $90 dollars at least the chairs should be free for guests."

"We loved the property and amenities. The pool is beautiful and the Jacuzzis relaxing, The apartments are new and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also great. Point of improvement: the wifi, it was not very stable."
