"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"Upon arriving, we were given our two rooms because we traveled with five guests. Everything was clean. They were catered to us extra towels. A parking was available no matter what time we came in and out. The pool was great accessibility for the kids and the laundry room was key to wash and drying all the wet clothes so we didn’t have to travel back with that one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in a long time."

"The room was clean and the bed comfy. Our only issue was with other guests. There was a truck parked directly outside our window, with its headlights on and music blaring for at least two hours - from 8-10pm. We called the front desk, but the music didn't stop until close to an hour after."

"There was an event going on and it ended at an appropriate time. I had no problem falling a sleep I didn’t hear any loud music. We always enjoy staying at Poland Springs Resort. We will be back!"

"Staff could be more friendly. They were broken tiles in my bathroom on the floor. My door would catch on the floor every time I tried to open it or close it in the bathroom. My original room wasn’t ready when I got there so they had to move me to a different room and now I would say that I probably won’t stay there again."
