"Amazing hotel with very friendly staff 😊"

"Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."

"방에서 슈필베르크 성이 보여 지내는 내내 좋았어요. 그리고 무엇보다 구시가와 기차역이 가까워 너무 편리했어요. 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 훌륭했지만 근처에도 식당이 아주 많아요."

"Das Hotel liegt absolut spitze. Das Zimmer war groß und klasse und sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr gut. Leider mussten wir wegen eine Privatparty nur einmal dort essen."

"You have to taper your expectations for a luxury stay. This is a novelty hostel to stay in. As it's a bunker, it really plays to the theme. It's deep underground and dark by design. It does wind up a bit chilly inside, but the sleeping bag i was provided was surprisingly warm. Breakfast was a simple affair, a basic buffet. You don't get any phone signal inside, but the wifi actually works for once. Showers attempt to be warm, but you have to keep it running to get some warmth, possibly not ideal...

"This hotel is excellent value for money. Everything you need is there. The breakfast buffet caters for every want and need and the breakfast dining room is pleasant for a long breakfast. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable and housekeeping welcome feedback and requests and are responsive. The room windows are effective in cutting outside noise . Air conditioning is in each room and is adequate but not the best. We have stayed in summer and recently in autumn. The beds are huge and...
