"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"A little birthday weekend away with our two spaniels and what a fantastic place. This is obviously someone’s home it was perfect. It had everything. From fold up tables to eat at if you didn’t want to use the breakfast bar, to recliner chairs and sofa. The whole house was spotless and we felt welcome from the moment we received the arrival instructions from the owner. "The property manager didn't answer the phone, couldn't pick up the key, paid for the booking got confirmation email then couldn't get any response from the apartment, I went to the apartment still can't speak to anyone therefore I had to find another place to stay last minute which was difficult and inconvenient to say the least, I will be contacted Expedia who I booked the apartment through and I will be expecting a full refund, I would recommend booking this apartment unless you want to be...

No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "I had a lovely single room on the 4 floor it was amazingly clean, comfy mattress and fresh white bedding and towels I was told by reception that there was tea, coffee, and sugar in the room but if I needed any more they were at reception and to help myself, this little gesture was nice as I sometimes feel like a bother if I ask for more. Although I did not use the restaurant it looked warm and welcoming if I had been staying more than one night I would have gone in for a meal. I do recommend the Cornmill "

"This is my go to hotel whenever I'm in Hull. The speed of check-in, the friendliness of ALL the staff: reception, bar, hygiene they are a credit to the place. It's perfectly placed too, just a short walk from the railway station and the marina, close to great shopping areas too, but more importantly it's ideally situated for exploring Old Town. "
