Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Stairs can be difficult for someone who doesn’t move easily. The road needs damage fixing in the complex. Could be difficult to get into the left lane from the roundabout to turn into the driveway if road is busy. Overall a really good experience

Comfort Inn Centrepoint
Unattended reception. Waited on phone for approximately 20 minutes to check in. Room backed onto back laneway. Woken each morning by garbage trucks at around 5 am. Curtains didn’t block out the lights in the carpark very well

Second time we've stayed. Good value, especially as breakfast is included. Good variety of breakfast foods. Bed is comfy and excellent water pressure in the shower, which is over rhe bath. Wi-fi works well.

Ramada Hotel and Suites Ballina Byron
There was a coffee machine but leaked water all the time. There were 7 of us staying here and the staff kindly arranged for more chairs on our balcony so we could all sit together looking at the locely view.
