I would highly recommend this resort and the staff was very helpful. The view of the golf course is beautiful and the golf course is outstanding! The resort location is convenient to the town of Cascias, the ocean, marina and many beautiful attractions.

Manuela who met us at the front desk was nothing short of amazing! She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The amazing thing about this hotel you feel like you are staying at a five star luxury resort. Every member of the staff was so positive and helpful!! Awesome hotel!!

Loved the hotel and the fact that you could use the amenities at the boutique hotel too. The service was absolutely excellent really really good and overall we just loved it and hope to come back again at some point in the future. The only 2 things I would say that could be improved are lights on the balconies (we noticed there were lights on the Boutique hotel balconies) this would’ve been good to just read on the balcony in the late evening and also some kind of in hotel supermarket would have been handy. Both very very minor points as we (2 adults and 2 children had a great time!)

Hôtel was amazing value, room was good size, very clean, well thought out, lovely pool both at the golf hotel and the sister boutique hotel which was within easy walking distance. Spa staff were very skilful and put you immediately at ease. Would happily go back.

Friendly staff, quiet area, adjacent to golf course. Recent renumbering of the course meant that tee #1 was no longer adjacent to he hotel. The driving range was a short walk but the clubhouse and first tee were better accessed by car if carrying clubs.

Great pool and kids area at sister property. Enjoyed the free access to amenities at both locations. Service at restaurants was poor. They seemed to be short staffed so we waited over an hour for our meal.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. A few things that could be better: 1. We had to ask for our complimentary wine. Which was still not provided until we asked the second time. This is very embarrassing. It’s not about the wine, it’s about the principle. 2. The sink was clogged. We requested maintenance to have a look. Not sure if they did the first time. But we had to request again the second time which was then sorted. 3. The AC in our room was not working! 4. Minor issue but complimentary drinking water was only provided on day one. All other hotels always provide a bottle a day. 5. I had a charge on my final bill of Resort Fees. I have no idea what this is and it was charged multiple days. If I hadn’t checked my bill which I don’t usually do, I’d have paid for a service I have not used. One would not expect such mistakes from a 5 star hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and Bruno was very kind and helpful.

The property Taylor’s to golf in fairness and I didn’t play and so can’t comment upon that. The hotel itself benefits from sitting on the course and so views across the fairway from the bar and rooms are stunning. The room was clean and spacious with a very practical yet stylish bathroom. The balcony was a welcome addition too. The general design of the communal areas was a bit dated and the indoor pool could do with a refurb. The changing areas was poor and impractical. No seating area to change. No drier for swimwear. All the lockers were locked without keys although no one else was using the pool or sauna. The toilets are next to the changing are which I found unsanitary. The staff were extremely welcoming although overall I found the venue a little soulless it seemed very transactional even so. Breakfast was good with good service. Overall it just missed that 5 stars for me but still a solid 4.5

The resort is nice. The rooms are nice. I found that the service and management is very confused. There were a lot of times where I had to wait for a long time for a simple drink. called the front desk to ask a question. The lady that answered-not polite I would probably classify as more of a two star hotel by the service.
