Eine Vorwarnung, dass es am Gebäude gegenüber aktuell umfangreiche Bauarbeiten erfolgen und es dadurch auch in der Wohnung dadurch den ganzen Tag zwischen 6 und 17 Uhr sehr laut ist, gehört fairerweise zwingend dazu! Diese hat gefehlt!

i had a 2bed/1bath apartment on the 3rd fl (apt #6). it was very spacious, good kitchen appliances, and bathroom amenities. the bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t and needs to be replaced. the floors /apt weren’t as clean as i’d like so i asked for daily cleaning service. i had also booked a different apartment and they moved me to a sister apartment because they said there was an issue with the room i booked. the reservation dept is a bit disorganized but apart from those small issues, the apartment was good and great location!

Should be called “three star apartment”

This apartment is located in the heart of back-packer-land, which is a rundown area of Lisbon with plenty of derelict/abandoned buildings (which in a way, adds to its charm). You’ll see plenty of drug dealers and users, and will be asked to buy drugs on a regular basis (multiple times a day). In saying that this is also the most exciting part of town, right behind the TimeOut market and within walking distance of all major Lisbon historical sites. And the drug dealers aren’t dangerous. The apartment itself is a gutted and renovated building. However, the renovations were done a long time ago or not very well, and there is a lot of minor broken fixtures, etc. that have been left in-repaired. The floor also creeks intensely, and you can hear the neighbors walking above and street noise from outside. The old plumbing also fills the apartment with the familiar and unpleasant “ancient plumbing and sewer system” smell. I think the name of the apartment and the description is quite misleading. I would personally describe it as a 3 star apartment. Other than that we had a nice enough time. You definitely get used to a lot of these things. But if these are aspects of travel that don’t agree with you then I would recommend you look for something in the more well-kept parts of Lisbon.

Kids love it

Kids will love this place. They have a daily schedule kids entertainment from 10am till 8pm .food is more international than local. Hotel is new have 5 pools as I remember . Restaurant food was Oke but lot to improve .

I booked and paid in advance a flat of 100 sqm. The one they gave me was merey 50 and had nothing to do with the pics on Hotels.com´s website! That could have been semi OK if it wasn´t for the smell. The whole flat smells of mold, This is a Ikea flat (with some added design chairs) that is totally overpriced.

Mooi appartement, onverschillige service.

Het is een mooi appartement, maar de informatie van de verhuurder is ontoereikend. Bij aankomst was er niemand en ook hadden we geen codes om binnen te komen, het duurde een half uur, wachten voor de deur en bellen met Nederland voordat we binnen waren, het telefoon nummer op het bordje bij de deur was oud en niet meer in gebruik. Informatie ‘0’! Toen we de volgende dag belde was de behandeling aan de telefoon ronduit onverschillig. Maar het appartement was verder fraai en comfortabel, al was er wel veel lawaai op straat ‘s avonds laat en ‘s morgens vroeg.

Amazing Apartment close to Mercado da Ribeira

I was really impressed by this property! You don’t really give it much thought looking from outside but when you’re in its mind blowing. Historical building completely renovated from top to bottom. The deco is of a very fine taste, with a very modern full kitchen and a very large living room. Very luxurious and cozy, it’s certainly worth checking out

Duas questões inaceitaveis : 1- A empresa ficou de informar 24 hs antes da data do check-in as condições para entrada no predio (nr apto, a senha da porta do predio e a senha da porta do apto) pois o checkin ocorreria apos o horario comercial e não informou até minha segunda cobrança. Enviei email no endereço indicado no dia anterior que não teve resposta e tive que telefonar na emergencia no dia do checkin para possibilitar minha entrada no apto senão não teria esta informação e portanto não poderia entrar no apto. 2- Fiz o pagamento integral das estadias em dinheiro na manhã seguinte (22/5/18) a entrada noturna no apto e a empresa não deu recibo na hora ficando de enviar por email nota fiscal quitada na tarde daquele dia. Passados 5 dias e dias até hoje não recebi nenhuma comprovação do pagamento efetuado.

Muito bonito e confortável

Apto de dois quartos lindíssimo. Porém o banheiro Tinha fortíssimo cheiro de urina. Extremamente desagradável. Máquina de secar não seca a roupa apenas tira excesso de umidade. Se não tiver o cheiro de urina vale muito a pena.

Hits and misses - overall still ok!

Lots of dining options around here, from the Time out market to our fave Taberna, to a fab steakhouse just around the corner. What we do not care for: the water pressure in the shower was less than satisfactory, we had problem at check in as a wrong code was sent causing a minor panic, the housekeeper did not show up on the day we agreed on, the tv did not work. But, beautiful apartment, lovely lively neighborhood... And really, good value. Just go in knowing that the management company feels a little short handed and your stay might be less well coordinated than you would expect it to be.

Lejligheden var sådan set OK, men lidt mørk - små vinduer. Var lovet rengøring og skift af håndklæder efter 3 dage (boede der 6 dage) men man overholdt ikke aftalen. Udbrændt pære blev ikke skiftet trods påtale.

Iso huoneisto ja hyvä sijainti. Viikon työmatkaan huoneisto sopi minulle paremmin kuin hotelli. Olin ylimmän kerroksen kaksiossa, jossa erillinen keittiö ja olohuone. Hissi ok. Puitteet toimivat, oli nopea Wifi ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet metrolle, sekä kävellen pääostosalueelle reilut 5 minuuttia. Huoneistossa ei ole vastaanottoa, mutta puhelimitse sai sovittua tulopäivänä ovikoodit, joilla pääsin sisään.

Great location for exploring Lisbon

We had a great stay in Lisbon and loved the city and the apartment. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Lisbon again. The only thing which let the apartments down for us was the check in and check out ... As there is no reception like there is in a hotel, we had to let the apartment managers know that we had arrived and they then came to meet us. Unfortunately this meant hanging around for over half an hour, despite the cal being made when we left the airport so allowing for plenty of time for someone to arrange to meet us. The keypad process for getting into the building and then the apartment was straightforward so I don't know why this isn't given in advance and then a meet and greet arranged for a later time so that there isn't all the hanging around, which is not what you want after a day of traveling. Also, when we arrived at the apartment, we were told that we could leave our luggage in the apartment on our check out day, but were then contacted on our last day to say we could not do this after all and so we should leave our luggage in the cupboards in the communal areas of the building, but these were far too small (and full of other things) for our bags to be stored so we were directed to a left luggage business down the road, which cost us 12 euros. The service we received from Lisbon Luggage was great, but disappointing that we had to pay for this service. Apart from these grumbles, which took the shine off, the accommodation is very good.

Great Central Apartment in Lisbon

It was a pleasure staying here, great location, easily and happily checked-in and the apartment was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore Lisbon.
