"The WiFi would not connect, they advertised streaming services but there was no remote for the TV. We were given two small bath towels for the entire 4 night stay. The bed only had sheets, but no blanket as pictured. The bed had a broken leg. The maid service entered our room, without knocking, 1 full day before our expected check out date. "

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!"

"The hot water takes 15 minutes to get warm. The heating system didn’t work and I didn’t find out until later during the night that none of the plugs in the room work except in the bathroom, the TV the mini fridge the lamps none of it worked I was given a space heater that I plugged in while I took a shower, but later when I tried to plug the space heater in in the bedroom area, it would not work.
