"The check in process was very lengthy Room was not ready until 3 hours after check in Property in general was very good Encountered a very rude staff member at Pier 8 restaurant, which is very out of character for this resort as the staff of is always so kind and polite. "

I especially appreciated the convenience of having laundry services available for a small fee, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. The restaurant staff could be more attentive, and I also found the restaurant to be quite overpriced for what was offered. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

The bathroom door didn't vlose properly, the bathroom sink had no water (though the toilet and shower worked fine), and there were mosquitoes (which they took care of with bug spray). It was annoying that you couldn't charge purchases to the room and pay one bill at check out also."
