"Everything else is fine, but the elevator takes a long time to arrive, and we need to be careful about the children's swimming pool as too much water spills onto the ground, which could cause children and the elderly to slip and fall."

"All were good..facilities were great..we were very unfortunate because the elevator was out of service as my elderly parents need to wait so long after check in. The room we received at around 3 something in the evening. We know that it was a peak season school holiday but at least the staff must don something and should improve in terms attentive skills and control the guest nicely."

"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "
