Excellent breakfast, room was spotless & extremely comfortable. There was a big queue to check in when we arrived and only one person at the desk which was a little disappointing.

The receptionist on arrival and booking out was a disgrace. She should not be at customer point of contact as she represents the company very badly. She is the reason this review is not entirely 5 stars and let down her wonderful colleagues.
