"We use this hotel when the family needs a little break from the day to day and the kids would benefit from some pool time. Its located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Love the view of river which you can enjoy from the hotel and walking path. The pool area needs some tlc and you can tell the property has been here for a long time. With that said, our room has always been clean and the staff at the front desk are kind and helpful."

"They must have had carpet or something cleaned and it left a terrible odour in the room and kept us up all night. Should have asked for a room change but that was my fault. The s staff should have noticed it and the tv did not work at all . Give it a 3 out of 10"

"Lovely clean rooms, really comfortable beds and linens. Deep soaker tub in the bathroom! Lovely coffee room with tea, coffee etc. and real cream in the fridge! And the price was right! Will definitely stay again if coming through Port Perry."

"Online check-in/-out facilitated a quick and easy process. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary juice, tea, coffee as well as morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and stores."

"The property is currently under renovation, but I'm sure once it's done it will be a very nice place to stay. There is only one person on staff at the front desk, so after hours you have to ring a bell to get service. The outside needs some work but the room I stayed in was quite nice. It's outside of town, less than 10 minutes from Lindsay, which makes it quiet. There is a nice restaurant and a couple of gas stations within walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed the stay because it was quiet and the room was nice. "
