"They came to clean the room at 8 when we asked if they could come back at 11 we were told no. Our stay was 5 days and the room was cleaned one time.
We requested an extra blanket and pillow and were told they didn’t have any."

"I did not like the fact that the hot tub was closed and that the pool was being used for swim classes with kids so the hotel guest could not enjoy the pool or the hot tub fully, which is why I booked this hotel very disappointed"
