"Terrible experience. We booked 5 months in advance, and they gave away our larger 1-bedroom suite and replaced it with a simple single room with 2 queen beds. First, they claimed it was due to "a contract they had with OSU hospital," then they blamed third party apps (i.e. Expedia) for over booking the rooms. Then we found that the heat in the room wasn't functioning properly, so we froze all night. There was no hair dryer so had to go to front desk to get one, thought it wasn't working then...

"Absolutely amazing experience! The staff was fantastic, and Chaz truly stood out. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the start. He gave me great suggestions, made everything so easy, and consistently went above and beyond to make my stay special.
I had a much later flight after checkout, and he was kind enough to let me stay comfortably in the lobby for several hours while I waited. While I was there, he even brought me an energy drink. Those little thoughtful touches...

"I booked this hotel not knowing anything about Ohio. This hotel is in the cutest area and we felt very safe. It was super cozy in the lobby and our standard room was huge. There was a whole sectional in there! And a huge TV! Complementary breakfast was great and the staff were kind and personable. Love that they serve Starbucks coffee too! There’s also a pizza pub and Dim Sum right next door which was a lifesaver. 10/10 would recommend."

"The hotel was okay. Rooms were okay. The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner. This hotel is really for sleeping not luxury and if you want breakfast plan. Not a lot of options for people who don’t eat certain meat. Staff did service the room I guess."
