"I was incredibly impressed with my experience at White Oaks Resort and Spa. Starting with the staff, they were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. "Well as a veteran I feel appalled to have to pay $25 to park period in your already full lot when parking down the street is $10? Just to get in my room no fridge no microwave and a TV that needs the hand of God to operate (the remote was trash)one waste basket beds that sink a very noisy ac unit and cant even turn the bedside light on because only half of the 2 outlet wall receptacle is working so no I wasn't impressed and get some better pillows Jesus!"

"Room itself was clean. Staff in a way helpful. Air conditioning unit was old, still in working condition but not necessary as it was rather cold. Parking was available right in front of the door. Beds were very very hard, fridge was freezing everything in, and microwave is on its last stretch (mismatched parts - plate was from the different one and was not turning). the faucet in the bath tub was broken and for the first few minutes I got dirty back water coming out of it. "The property was very pretty. There was enough parking. The rooms were airy and bright. Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. I would recommend butterfly manor to other people and I would definitely stay again."
