"Room was clean but the wardrobe needed mending. There were also a couple of holes on the window ledges. The room was quite small. It cost me £63 for a night with a shared bathroom and for the cost I expected better. The shared bathroom was the floor below which was too far from the room. Would have been handy to have a sink in the room. It said on Expedia site there was parking but I was not allowed to park in the car park because I only had a single room. If I wanted to use the car park I had to upgrade to a double room. Was impressed with the security though and the nice big kitchen. I didn't see any staff there so cannot comment on the staff. There was no reception."

"Lovely hotel. Food was excellent (dinner and breakfast), they got something wrong with one of the meals but corrected immediately and was it was worth waiting for. Staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough for you. Only very small quibble is the quality of the toilet rolls, soft but extremely thin and ended up purchasing my own so no drama, but not expected in such a nice, good quality hotel, plenty of parking and short ride into the town. Would recommend and definitely stay again."
