"Hoping that they will clean the room accordingly. We found empty trash on the floor when we arrived the room. Also, we were not able to use the conditioner because its empty."

"Very clean room, the staff were incredibly polite, and the free breakfast was a good variety. Would stay again as it was conveniently located off the highway. "

"From a leaking refrigerator that they were notified of but never came to look at or try to fix over a 2 day stay, to a "continental" breakfast that was a bagel, a boiled egg and a box of cereal and NO coffee. When we notified them there was no coffee, the response was.. oh, ok. and that was that. The final straw, the absolute zero level of control the staff has on the pool. A huge group of kids were chaotic, overwhelming, and very out of line taking the entire pool as their own party headquarters where no other guests could use it. The staff just stood by and allowed it to happen. One of the worst places Ive stayed. "

Had to get towels at the desk each time for the hot tub. only successfully used it once. the last time I got in when they opened, and they decided that was a good time to refill, so the cold water poured in. It became Luke warm like the shower. Very slow elevator. Take the stairs"
