Great location and very friendly staff. The room and bathroom was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, then I'd recommend bringing earplugs. The doors have gaps so you hear everything and the fridge was. So noisy I turned it off at night. I was also unlucky because there was alot of young kids there who were extremely noisy. This is not the fault of the hotel of course, but made it almost unbearable at times. I did love the staff and location though.

This hotel is rather new but it looks amazing. The staff were greatly helpful and did treat us very well and were very professional and friendly. However, in our room, there was a slight smell of sewage every time we turned on the exhaust/bath fan. Perhaps it came from the still construction going on but it was not a pleasant smell to have in the room. We kept the fan off to not disturb our experience. Quite honestly , other than that, our time at the hotel was great. The location is just perfect. A quick 10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy and Larcomar (going the opposite direction). We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the coastline, restaurants and shopping. Room is really small and pictures are misleading. The air conditioning did not work only blew out warm air. No complimentary toiletries so make sure you have everything you need. Property has 2 small elevators and to get in and out of the property takes about 10+ minutes and even more when one of the elevators were out of order. The staff was really friendly during my stay. The complimentary breakfast is nothing to be excited about. The worst part was checking out. They won’t let you leave until they check your room. If you have dirty towels and bed linens(even though they don’t come everyday to change) they will charge you additional money for laundry services. Overall if you don’t care about luxury and just need a cheap place to stay then this is for you. I will never stay here again.

Staff and Room was perfect. Althoug the hotel needs a bar and lounge for relaxing ..and a vending machine for snacks and beverage. Swiming pool area not good enough. The hotel is well located.
