"Mi estadía de cuatro días en Souma Miraflores fue simplemente excelente. Le doy un 10 de 10. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, con todo muy cerca y de fácil acceso. Toda la información que recibimos sobre la zona fue muy útil y acertada. También disfrutamos de los restaurantes del hotel; la comida fue deliciosa y el servicio impecable en cada ocasión. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Diego, quien nos recibió en el área de recepción. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, alegre y profesional. Hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bienvenidos, lo cual hizo una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia. También deseo reconocer a Melinda, del restaurante del primer piso. Su atención fue excepcional. Siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo estuviera perfecto, nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones sobre la zona y se aseguró de que disfrutáramos cada comida. Su amabilidad y dedicación hicieron que cada desayuno fuera una experiencia muy agradable. El desayuno fue delicioso y el servicio, en general, fue extraordinario. Sin duda, cuando regrese a Lima, volveré a hospedarme en este hotel. Lo recomiendo totalmente a quienes busquen una excelente ubicación, un servicio de primera y una experiencia inolvidable."

"Clean rooms and helpful staff - this is a common theme of decent hotels in Peru. The location is excellent and the room was highly functional. One caveat: entrance for people with mobility issues is poor. I wouldn't expect this of older buildings in Cusco but Lima? This should be a bit better. (I'm personally very grateful to be in good physical form most days but this concern should be more forward in a highly touristed destination.) I will stay here again"
