"I can’t wait till I am back in the Philippines! This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is always kind, informative, and warm welcoming. The housekeeping are sweet, trust worthy, and hardworking. The resturaunt staff are friendly and work quickly on getting meals to customers. "Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. "The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty. "
