The hotel was centrally located to downtown shopping, easy access to local restaurants, and the local sites. The room was a bit small for two, which was fine for the one night we stayed, and was very quiet at all times. The breakfast was very good, many different options to choose from, very popular and can be crowded.
Room was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Excellent stay!

Right in the heart of town, and the staff is the best. Everything was as advertised and you can really go wrong with this hotel in terms of price for the location and quality service.
Great hotel in the middle of town. Breakfast was super although very busy as the hotel was literally fully booked. They had a children's cinema with drink ticket complimentary in the evening.
The location is great with a number of items within walking distance. The little park across the street was a fun surprise, wish we had brought ping pong paddles and balls.
We absolutely loved the hotel! The Polish lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and helpful with the restaurant recommendation. We stayed in a Superior twin room and it was much bigger than we expected. The hotel is in a heart of Lillehammer so couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice! Freshly made waffles are a must to try as they are absolutely delicious!
Having an additional heater in a room was amazing as it was quite cold outside when we stayed. Be will definitely come back.
Nice hotel. Nice Staff. Nice breakfast. Cosy lobby. Only thing is that the standard room is very small. But for a business stay with not much time spent in the room, it's no problem. Floor heating in bathroom is super comfy. All in all a very good value for the money.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, largely due to the behavior of the reception staff. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist (a woman working at the front desk) was noticeably unwelcoming. Instead of making me feel like a valued guest, her attitude came across as dismissive and unfriendly.
Unfortunately, the experience did not improve at check-out. The same receptionist maintained the same negative demeanor, which left a lasting impression and ultimately made me regret choosing this hotel. Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable and respected, and this was clearly lacking.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service at the front desk, as it significantly impacts the overall guest experience.
However, I’d like to mention that the man working at breakfast was very kind and friendly, which I really appreciated.
Pretty good, renovated hotel.
We've asked for a room at a higher level but we got a room with no view at all.
The room we got (434) has not enough storage space for 2 people. The main closet was broken.
Small bathroom with literally no space for toiletries.
Wanna-be fridge in the room with space for fx. 4 beer bottles. The door of the wanna-be fridge was almost falling off.
Comfy beds with clean linens and good pillows.
The existing sofa wasn't in a good shape.
Cozy dinning area with FABULOUS breakfast.
The coffee machine wasn't working as it should - cappuccino and other specialities were cold.
Polite housekeepers provided a good service.
Reception staff - disappointing.
We won't book agin.
Great place to stay. Not too far from the train station and very central to the shops and restaurants. A little hot in the room -no aircon.

Right in the middle of town + very good.
The only bad part was they didn’t clear the ice from the short hill leading to the entrance, so it was dangerous to walk on.
