"The receptionist was particularly helpful and the rooms were really clean and spacious.
The only thing was the room was too hot (but we were able to open the balcony door to cool the room down. However it was very cold outside so maybe the reason.
Very happy and did not spoil our experience "

"When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Directions and access to the secure parking area was easy. Lovely clean comfortable room with lots of hot water. Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away."
