"The room is well equipped and comfortable. Some kitchen stuff could be cleaner, but in general we were satisfied from the service provided. The reception is always open and the staff is friendly. You can buy a cup of coffee in the morning, if you dont want to book the breakfast. We found it convenient for 20SEK and tasting good. The only real negative point is the absence of a manual control for the temperature in the room: although outside it was around 3⁰C, inside the temperature was far too high for a good sleep. The worst point was the air humidity totally missing, which is drying the airways at night and making the sleeping uncomfortable (my noise was also bleeding because of this). Consider I'm also a "cold sensitive person" and this was way too hot also for me. "

"Most of the staff at backstage were very helpful, although it was soured slightly by an evening meal we had there one night. The food was good but expensive. The discount for hotel guests was not applied and we were not allowed to book the costs to our room. I enquired about this at the front desk the day after and is was told they couldn't help. I wouldn't eat there again. I also asked to borrow a plate to take to our room and I clearly wasn't trusted enough for this and they said they couldn't, but gave me cardboard lid from some kind of food container. Anywhere else would have just given my a plate. On a positive note, the bicycles by the door are free to use for guests, you just need to book them out. Spent a fortune staying here for about a week, so really expected better service."

"This was the perfect stay! An absolute gem of a hotel! Staff are all super lovely and friendly, breakfast is amazing, room was clean and had everything we needed, it’s in a perfect central location and walkable from the main train station, surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants with its own very nice bar attached! Overly an amazing atmosphere and I would return to stay again in a heartbeat!:)"
