"Breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs cooked to perfection not rubbery, hash browns crispy, bacon not over cooked, bake beans, mushrooms tasty. All this plus continental breakfast and juice, coffee and tea. Staff really friendly and customer focused. Our plane couldn't land in Invercargill so we returned to Auckland and could rebook another flight until two days later. The hotel were so understanding and made a note that we were unable to stay for two nights. Because we booked online we had to go back to Expedia who just call the hotel confirmed that we were not book in yet and within 2 hours we received refund for 2 days. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. All furnishings were in excellent condition. The staff were very accomodating and even made sure they had turned on the heater before I arrived to make sure the room was warm as the afternoon got cooler. "
