"Beautiful room, looks brand new and was nicely appointed with very nice furniture. The fridge was retro and cute, bed was very comfortable. Some dustier floors than I would have liked but sometimes this is to be expected in beachy environments. "So many postiives to write here.
1-the location is superb. One block from the water and a couple of blocks walk to some of the best restaurants in town. The Oyster bar was so good we visited twice.
2- The B and B is perfect. A very warm host who instantly made you feel at home. There is a happy hour with draft beer every day!

"There is no staffed office! when we arrived it was around 8:00 PM and there were no outdoor lights or lights at the entrance door. We were instructed by phone messages only. When you are over a "certain age" with poor vision this is a big problem. As for the shower...the water only reached the "tepid" temperature while the sink had an abundance of hot water
. I know to some these complaints may seem minor but when you are in the "comfort" business little things mean the world. "
