"The room was really dirty. Entry was covered in sticky stuff on wall and floor. Desk and table had sticky mess and drink rings. Behind the bed on lights more sticky stuff. Cheese that was old was wrapped in a rubber band on the floor. The drawers on the dresser would not close and stayed open a foot taking people out when they walked by. "It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers."

"It started out as I entered the room to find out it’s not as the room I reserved on Expedia, and the type of rooms are all occupied. I ended up in the standard room which is not big enough to accommodate 2 suitcases and 2 people. The hotel is at a very convenient location, but the room is just not equipped for comfort."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. "Not the greatest place but it wasnt bad. One of the few motels there that will let you bring more than just a yap dog. There is a dog area to walk them. It could use new carpet. I dont blame them for waiting since dogs are in and out."
