Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. "No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!"
