"The hotel spa itself is fine but the location is just horrible and should be disclosed. It is set on the outskirts of the town on an industrial estate opposite a cement works and with a bottle bank behind. The room was fine. The restaurant was ok although they served the absolute worst tartiflette i have ever head in my 34 years of living in France. It was also rather expensive for what it was but the staff were charming. I would bot recommend it or ever stay there again."

"The rooms are neat and clean, with lift to help with luggage etc to higher floors. Ideal for a short stay. Conveniently situated on the single high street which is quiet at night. Ideal for those headed from or heading to the Frejus tunnel (into Italy) which is literally a five minute drive away. Once patron was contacted (by phone), a code was given which allowed entry. As Modane is primarily a winter resort, and we were passing through in June,we found many of the restaurants/bars closed at...

"Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right by the slopes, recently renovated with a cozy and modern feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. A perfect spot for a ski holiday – we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
