"Excellent property with amazing staff. Staying here was part of our 21 days Europe road trip. After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. "Phenomenal view from the balconies and the restaurant. Loved having beers on that deck at night and the great breakfast they offered in the morning. We arrived later than planned but the staff accommodated us well and made sure we had a pleasant time. Only downside is the drive up that mountain on small roads. It's natural for such a remote place with mountain views and quietness but be prepared for a longer drive than it looks (google maps shows a 8km from the city but due to those roads...

"Marlies and her husband served us a special and beautiful breakfast buffet. The peace and quiet of their hotel and surrounding felt amazing! We needed a last moment stay and chose Hotel Lucia. We arrived late and there was a nice vending machine available where you could choose dryed sausages and even a variety of beer an wine!! We were pleased with our room and especially with the thoughtful service from the owners."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber und macht einen sehr familienfreundlichen Eindruck. Als größerer Mensch jedoch nur bedingt empfehlenswert (niedrige Deckenhöhe), Dusche/Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Halbpension war gut und abwechslungsreich aber z. B. war der Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sehr klebrig."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. Eine Entspannungsplaylist wäre hier besser. Ebenso hätte ich...
