"We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention: - the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor - the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed - the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush We took care of those issues...
