"First thing was hot tub was still broke and found out that it's not going to be fixed anymore so that was a bad one for me and then witnessed two of the staff crying because their boss called yelling at them and that right there made me decide that I will never go back there and pay a man like that my money anybody who treats his workers and make his business what it is like their crap should I have a business go back to your own country and do this crap to your own women. And the housekeepers except for maybe two of them are rude sloppy loud and a bit obnoxious everybody at the front desk was amazing"

"This hotel shouldn't be in business. It's dirty, no soap, not enough towels, and so loud we were unable to sleep."

"Hard beds, shower dripped, beds dirty, loud people, hard pelows, staff did not know how to check me in, shower would not turn on."

"I have a service dog. He is marked as a service dog and wears his (not required by law) registration card on his back for all to see. I have stayed at this hotel several times. EVERY TIME they make me pay a $25 PET fee. Then they tell me how well behaved my dog is! I ALWAYS say, "he SHOULD be, he is a service dog!" Charging me a pet fee is illegal. My disability makes it very hard for me to confront anyone and can lead to a medical issue. I did the first time and was ignored, "it's policy." Although they are located closest to where I am going, I am done staying there. Please train your employees to follow the law. There is ZERO reason to suspect that my dog is not a legitimate service dog."

"The owner’s are amazing and extremely accommodating. The place is extremely old and well kept - owner’s did upgrades and you can’t beat the price for privacy,peace and quiet! It’s a great in town getaway…i’d say a small slice of heaven inside the city! "
