We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s amazing! The rooms are really beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is so nice. We loved the pools, playground and beautiful view. We highly recommend the hotel.

Avoid - Many better options

I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen.

Wir haben 5 Tage im Sporthotel unsere Flitterwochen verbringen dürfen. Die gesamte Anlage ist optimal für einen entspanntes Wellness und Sport Aufenthalt geeignet. Auch bei einer Halbpension bietet das Hotel eine MittagsJause an welches reichhaltig mit Suppen, Salaten und warmen Gerichten aufgestellt ist. Das Personal, der Service und die Sauberkeit sind tatenlos und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Hôtel incroyable dans une région incroyable

Hôtel de localisation exceptionnelle pour visiter la partie Est des Dolomites en été. Hall très accueillant, chambre ultra spacieuse très bien conçue. Matelas très confortable. Calme, même si l’hôtel est très proche de la route (très bon triple vitrage, demander une chambre sur la piscine ou le parking si possible). Spa incroyable. La restauration est très bien organisée: chaque chambre a sa table, en fonction du profil (grandes salles pour familles avec jeunes enfants, autre salle pour groupe avec grande table, salles plus calmes, etc). Personnel charmant et attentif.

Wenn ich etwas als perfekt bezeichnen müsste, dann wäre es dieses Hotel! Das Essen war super lecker und vielfältig. Zimmer wunderschön und sauber. Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich gewesen. Wellnessbereich groß und sauber. Kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. Das Familienzimmer war leider sehr hellhörig durch die Verbindungstür. Da wir es nicht als Familienzimmer genutzt haben, hörten wir den Fernseher oder die Gespräche der anderen Gäste in den Zimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, die einem bei jeder Frage gerne geholfen und alles versucht haben einem einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Lediglich die fehlende Klimatisierung in unserem Zimmer hat leicht gestört. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen und ich würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen

Schönes Familienhotel kurz vor Italien

Schönes Familienhotel kurz vor der Grenze zu Italien, mit Pool, schönen Barbereich und Restaurant. Der Check in und out war sehr freudlich und generell ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit den Kunden gegenüber. Es ist aber ein Familienhotel und d.h. es sind reichlich Kinder unterwegs, damit sollte man besser kein Problem haben. Für mich war es sicher nicht der letzte Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise nach Italien.

Prepare for parts of the hotel that are not renovated including rooms which you pay the same price for as the renovated ones. Expect some traffic noise as the hotel is situated at a regional road with heavy traffic. The food is decent, but buffet style. The area has a variety of good outdoor activities.

Tutto perfetto

Ho prenotato l'albergo per caso per una vacanza estiva e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Tutto e' stato perfetto. La struttura e' molto curata. La spa e' ottima con due saune, due tipi di bagno turco, varie aree relax. Ci sono due piscine entrambe riscaldate con la seconda che esce all'esterno con idromassaggio. C'e' anche una terza piscina per bambini con uno scivolo stile acquapark molto divertente. C'e' persino un laghetto esterno balneabile. L'area esterna e' molto verde con molti lettini e ombrelloni (di cui non c'e' bisogno visto che comunque in montagna la temperatura e' sempre gradevole d'estate. La colazione a' buffet e' strepitosa. Per pranzo viene offerto un piccolo buffet compreso nella mezza pensione dove e' possibile pranzare egregiamente. La cena e' normalmente parte a buffert (antipasto e primi) e parte a menu. Se vogliamo trovare qualcosa da migliorare e' il poco personale che parla Italiano considerando che ci troviamo a 5KM dal confine comunque tutti sono disponibili e professionali.

Hike and Bike...this is the location

We found the hotel last minute for a get a way and we were really impressed by the service and the attitude of the hotel towards the guests. The food ( and there was quite a bit) is not what we like...we prefer more heavy Italian style was so well presented. They made a huge effort to work with a person in our group that had special diet requirements and went out of their way to make her happy. The spa services were really good and well priced. You can not beat the value for the price...seriously a great location if you are into biking or hiking.
