"Everything about the Artemide was a delight! The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was clean and conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was absolutely unbelievable! We really felt luxurious and cared for by every staff member. My only complaints would have been that the swipe control for the elevator wasn't explained (I struggled to figure out what to do at first) and even when I figured it out it didn't seem to work for me consistently, and the shower only has a partially enclosed...

The one weird thing was that I left the "do not disturb" sign out for my whole one-week stay and someone came in and cleaned the bathroom and replaced towels that were not on the floor while I was out one day. "Beautiful, clean, well-situated Rome hotel. I walked from the train station which was fine even with some cobble stoned streets. A bit expensive. They have a hot tub but charge 50 Euros per person to use, and it’s all outside, so we skipped it. Nice shops nearby. Enjoy Rome!"
