"This is a hotel in desperate need of some TLC. It functions alright, but it is in a quite a sorry state - and I'm putting it kindly. The staff are polite and responsive and it has a big, free carpark for guests, but the hotel itself is quite lackluster with many issues. While the standard room was a generous size and had a decent refrigerator and microwave, parts of the carpet in my room were stained black and I found a used floss pick by the corner of one of the 2 queen beds. "Nice hotel , highly recommend"

"If I could rate this stay an 11 out of ten I would. The only thing to note is the breakfast if you have food allergies. Nothing is labeled and the kitchen staff wasn’t able to understand me when I tried to ask about ingredients to clarify. Everything else was phenomenal."

"Check in was quick and simple. The room was a good size and the bed comfy."

"Hallway has a moldy chloride smell. Room looks near but dont feel clean. Carpets feel sticky. When I first turn on bath water, it was black. I let it run for about 3 minutes before it cleared up. There is no breakfast. You can also smell weed inside the room if people are smoking in the parking lot. I would not want to stay in this property again."

"No utensils/equipment in kitchen. Breakfast meager. Room was nice. Need to upgrade room card maker to block already occupied rooms. A card to our room was issued to someone else."

"It says breakfast included but it is a table in the lobby with a coffee thermo and few snack bars and small muffins. It is suppose to operate until 9:30am and I went at 9am and it was empty."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location is convenient to the Udvar-Hazy Center. It was pretty easy to see why this was the least expensive hotel in the area, though. The kitchenette area had broken drawers and no drain plug for the sink, and "breakfast" in the lobby was coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and a few packaged pastries. Fortunately there's a killer bakery/cafe within walking distance! Not a bad stay, but definitely no-frills."

"Staff was good for more part and professional. The breakfast was buffet style with 3 options of hot meal, waffles, cereal, oatmeal etc We got a 2 queen bedroom meaning it's 4 of us staying.. the room sizes are smaller then most 2 bed rooms we've stayed in. Barely any space to put things or walka round. There def wasn't enough Outlets in the room for chargers. Just the slow ones on light fixtures. The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal...

"Observation: The hotel building(s), equipment fixtures, hotel furnishings, and premises are dirty, unsanitary, not in good repair, or improperly maintained. Observed dead insects (roaches) on room 265 behind kitchen drawer. Several surfaces had accumulation of debris and dust under fridges on rooms 252, 263, 265. Additionally, stove burners from rooms 208 and 252 presented accumulation of material that needs to be cleaned. Observation: Presence of mice, rats, reptiles, insects or other vectors...

"Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return."
