"This extended stay did not have some common amenities, such as washcloth and hand towels provided or even shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Though there is a kitchenette, I did not realize guests had to purchase from them the dishware, utensils, and cooking pots and pans. It made my stay challenging as it was not as expected. They would benefit from giving the room I was in a thorough cleaning and a method to freshen the smell of it.
It was likely worth what was paid. I just thought I got...

"As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable at this property. The room had been recently updated, and I found that the materials and workmanship to be above average. Immaculately clean and comfortably furnished. Great location and easy access, with free parking as a bonus!"

"My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ".
The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything.
There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles.
I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake."
