"The lobby had several signs regarding non functioning features and warnings. The hallway carpets were dirty. On entering our room the beds and pillows were disheveled and we were unsure if they were freshly made. There was used toilet paper in the toilet and the bath/shower area was in poor shape. ..."

"The room was dirty from the carprt to the bathroom, the shower curtain was moldy, the tub jets have never been cleaned the toliet was dirty. The staff did not clean our room. No clean towels, did not empty garbage , nothing . the pool was dirty also. Dont stay here if you care about cleanliness"

"Everything was good only thing I can recommend need something to pull the luggage from the entrance door not at the middle of the hotel. I had 3 big luggages and I have to pull all the luggages bymy hand through the lift. And it was more than 100 ft long way."
