L'esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva. Suggerisco al proprietario di dare una "svecchiatina" all'arredamento e una rinfrescata all'appartamento che ha il vantaggio di essere spazioso e in un'ottima posizione.

Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce a l’environnement extérieur. La chambre était propre dans sa globalité mais il y avais beaucoup de poussière sur les étagères et nous avons eu un ventilateur crasseux (inacceptable au mois de septembre notamment) !! Il y avait aussi une forte odeur de moisissure. Concernant la literie, le matelas à ressort laisse à désiré. Vraiment déçu par notre chambre, heureusement que la ville et ses environs sont magnifiques !

Unkomplizierte Buchung und Empfang der Schlüssel sowie Erklärung der Einrichtung. Vielen Dank an Daria die uns mit alles geholfen hat. Einziges Problem war die WLAN die sehr schlecht funktioniert hat. Aber wenn Sie zum Urlaub kommen und verzichten teilweise auf dieses Möglichkeit, dnn ist alles in Ordnung.

It was a great experience at this cute apartment, Eloisa was great help and very friendly. The town of Levanto is a very friendly and family oriented town, nice beach, great food, and not too many tourist like Cinque Terre

Liegt mitten in der Stadt, daher muss man etwas abseits parken. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Küche, angenehmes nettes Schlafzimmer, kleines Bad, aber mit eigenem Fenster. Deutlich zu teuer, und dann auch noch keine Klimaanlage und WLAN kostet extra - das ist eindeutig übertrieben. Aber davon abgesehen, kann die Unterkunft für 2 Personen empfohlen werden.

Where do I begin, this location is handles by an agency, they are not at their office until after 3, the girl agent at desk is rude, the place advertised wi fi, then argued that it was not in the deal, all of that was maddening but then we had no hot water, after going to office 3 times on sunday, we left message. Finally, got hot water. Love lavanto and h ave been 4 times but not dealing with then again

J'ai été extrémement mécontente: alors que l'hotel prévoyait un parking prive payant, la Wifi gratuite dans l'hotel, en réalité il s'agissait d'une agence immobilière qui louait des logements un peu partout dans la ville. Donc ce n'est pas un hotel, pas de réception, pas de parking privé à part ceux publics de la ville (beaucoup plus chers et surtout non sécurisés), donc pas de Wifi nulle part dans la pseudo-chambre Et en plus mal aimable et à peine correct, sans nous aider à chercher une autre solution Pour couronner le tout, il nous a été prélevé le montant d'une nuit alors que nous n'avons pas pu occuper le logement Publicité mensongère ou ....... , je ne sais qu'en penser

We arrived and called the phone number given. A woman answered who said she did not speak English. I went down a side street from the office and asked a man about the business and he called someone who showed up. He acted disinterested and sent a man with us who didn't speak English to show us the apt. He explained the fan and air conditioning which did not work regularly. We opened the doors to the terrace, but the bugs were plentiful. He also could not explain the washing machine which was a centrifuge operation. We had only two towels per person the entire four days and one was like a dishtowel. When my husband went by the office to ask for information about the facility, each person spoke poor English or did not offer any help.

appartement très vieillot ne correspondant pas du tout au photo. pas très bien équipé, et pas très propre. pas de wifi comme indiqué sur l'annonce. l'emplacement est cependant très bien. mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

The apartment was big, close to beach, grocery stores, shopping and many restaurants. Easy walk from train station. We spent 5 days touring the area and discovered we were very happy we chose Levanto rather than the one of the small cinque Terre towns to stay in. Our late check in was seemless!!! They left the key and perfect directions for us in a lockbox. The fitness centre down the street was great, we did a Zumba class! Overall a great experience would re comment this place. It was very hot and no AC but the evening breeze was enough to cool us down. When u go to the beach rent the $5 chair from the guy renting kayaks, it's way cheaper then the casino place.
