"The facility was clean, and the breakfast was basic. The bed was very shaky, as in any move by my partner shook the bed completely. The room temp was too hot, as it seemed the central system had been switched over to heat so there was no cooling the room (was at 75f when we arrived). The windows only opened a few inches so even though it was only a few degrees above freezing outside, we couldn’t get the room down to a comfortable sleeping temp."
