"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. 10/10 Excellent

"I had an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated that you could choose your preferred pillow experience free of charge. The only downsides were that parking came at an additional cost and the staff were not always as friendly as I would have expected. Also, they should be more attentive about who enters the sauna area, as it’s supposed to be for guests aged 15 and above, but I often saw children there, which shouldn’t happen. Overall though, the views and entertainment were fantastic! "

"We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!"
