"A good location but the compromise is a small room with no facilities to make a drink and a small shower/wc - the shower glass partition wasn’t long enough to stop the water spraying the floor and door, so consequently the walls and skirting were water damaged. The additional negative was that we were 3 floors underneath the club/bar which on Saturday played very loud music until 00.30am…not good after a long day of great skiing! Breakfasts were a bit chaotic, and both self service coffee machines stopped working one morning creating queues of cross customers. On other mornings at least one was out of action. I read reviews about the fantastic breakfasts - but I don’t think it lived up to expectation. All in all, a great location but otherwise disappointing. "
"The hotel was perfect. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The hotel itself is in a perfect position for skiing, next to the slopes. The room we had (double bed with a pull out sofa bed and balcony) was very clean and comfortable.
The ski room was brilliant. A locker for your skis and boots (no coming down to find someone’s gone off with your equipment).
My only criticism is that the food at the evening buffet didn’t have any allergen labels on it (it’s quite common to find these labels now in hotels where they have a buffet) so those making a choice of food if they were avoiding dairy or gluten for example would have to ask each night.
Will definitely stay here again if we go skiing in the Three Valleys again. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful week

"The room didn't have a ned in it. The room had a couch only with a pull out bed so we had to pay to upgrade. Not a great option. No amenities at all. The staff was very nice though. "
"Superb resort with a large indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There’s also a ski room with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the piste which leads to Doron and Pointe de la Masse gondolas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that showers are in a bathtub which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Breakfast is an excellent hot buffet European spread. "
"Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!!
I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge!
When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!"
