"The hotel is very central, less than a minute from the beach, not too far from the train station and perfect for exploring Saint-Jean-de-Luz. We booked a comfort room with terrasse. The room is nice (not too large though) and the terrasse features a table and chairs. However there are many restaurants in that street and the tubes from the restaurant kitchens exhaust fans are just by the terrasse so expect the small of cooking. I would chose that room again though as the rooms facing the street...

"Property is in the midst of a building site. The restaurant wasn’t open. Had to take the car out to get food and a drink which meant one of us couldn’t drink. Breakfast was extremely limited in what was offered. Air conditioning in the room was non existent despite us booking a comfort room not a budget one. Probably wouldn’t go back."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Trabenia. After getting settled we went on a short walk around the beautiful area the came back to the hotel for a nice anperitif at the bar. We then an amazing meal at the restaurant. Will definitely be back someday. "
